It gives you the opportunity to experience what it is like breathing underwater in the safe and warm waters of a swimming pool, under the supervision of our qualified staff. It allows you the opportunity to see whether diving is a sport that you enjoy without having to do the full Open Water course. We provide everything you need to get the most out of this unique experience from the PADI E Learning giving the background to dive theory and the underwater world, to all the gear you'll need and the expertise of our team. Anyone who is considering learning to dive or wanting to sample the underwater world should consider a Discover Scuba Dive. This is the perfect chance to try scuba out before you commit to the full course - you can literally dip your toe (and a bit more!) before you go all in!
What does it cover?
The PADI E Learning is part of the Discover Scuba Package and this provides all the background information you need on the underwater world and basic diving theory to get the most out of your experience. This is completed prior to the pool session. Once in the pool your Instructor will recap your understanding of the learning, before introducing you to the scuba gear and how it functions. In the pool you will learn to breathe and swim underwater and if you want try out some basic skills from the open water course you may. The important thing with a Discover Scuba Dive Experience is that it it conducted at your pace and that you have fun!
