PADI Open Water Referral
The PADI Open Water Referral Scuba Diver course is ideal for anyone wanting to learn to scuba dive and is the first step toward certification with PADI, the world’s leading dive organization.
This referral program runs over six weeks at Cripps Pool every Thursday from 19:30–21:30. The course includes clear demonstrations, guided practice of essential skills, and continuous coaching from PADI professionals. All scuba equipment is included, along with your PADI Referral Form once you have completed your 6 pool sessions for you to take with you on holiday to finish your PADI Open water course
What’s included
- PADI Open Water eLearning (complete theory at your own pace)
- All kit hire included (BCD, regulator, wetsuit, mask, fins) and air fills
- Comprehensive confined-water (pool) training: 6 sessions × 2 hours
- Small class sizes for personalised instruction
- PADI Referral Form once completed to take with you on holiday
What you need to bring
- Swimwear
- Towel
- Parking payment (Card/cash = £0.60)
What happens next
We will send you an email within the next 2-3 working days with 3 options of dates available to come along for your PADI Open Water Referral Scuba Diver Course. Once you know which date you would like to book, please let us know and we will confirm the booking for you, please note that the dates are a first come basis
If you are unable to make any of the dates don't worry as we can look at some further dates for you, but please note that the dates are always on a Thursday evening from 19:30 t0 21:30 at the Cripps Pool in Northampton (NN1 5BX)
Medical
Once the date is confirmed we will send you over a link to complete for your PADI medical, please note that this will; need to be completed as soon as possible please, as we can not allow you in the pool without a completed medical, and once completed you may need to see your GP first before you can complete the experience
Sizing guide
As we are all different shapes and sizes we will send you over a link to our sizing guide as this will be a huge help in helping us to make sure that we have all of the right size gear for you at the pool to give you the best overall experience
PADI eLearning
Once all of the above is done we will set you up with login details to the PADI system so that you can access your PADI eLearning which covers all of the details of the experience, along with some important information and learning about what Scuba Diving is all about
