PADI Reactivate Course
PADI Reactivate with Northampton Scuba School your local 5 Star centre
Refresh your dive skills and regain confidence with the PADI Reactivate course in Northampton. Ideal for certified divers who haven’t dived for six months or more, Reactivate is a focused refresher that updates your knowledge, sharpens core skills, and prepares you to return to open-water diving safely.
What the course offers
Complete the PADI Reactivate eLearning at home, then attend a 2-hour, instructor-led pool session supervised by an experienced PADI Professional. The session focuses on hands-on skill refreshers, buoyancy control, equipment checks, emergency procedures, and buddy-team techniques — all delivered in a controlled pool environment to rebuild comfort and competence quickly.
What's included
- PADI Reactivate eLearning (complete before the pool session)
- 2-hour supervised pool session with a PADI Professional
- Full kit rental (BCD, regulator, mask, fins, snorkel, wetsuit where required) and air fill
- Skill refresher, dedicated buoyancy workshop, logbook entry, and Reactivate certification card
What you need to bring
- Swimwear and towel
- Proof of existing scuba certification
- Completed online medical declaration (we’ll send the link after booking; doctor’s clearance required if indicated)
What happens next
We will send you an email within the next 2-3 working days with 3 options of dates available to come along for your PADI Discover Scuba Diver Experience. Once you know which date you would like to book, please let us know and we will confirm the booking for you, please note that the dates are a first come basis
If you are unable to make any of the dates don't worry as we can look at some further dates for you, but please note that the dates are always on a Thursday evening from 19:30 t0 21:30 at the Cripps Pool in Northampton (NN1 5BX)
Medical
Once the date is confirmed we will send you over a link to complete for your PADI medical, please note that this will; need to be completed as soon as possible please, as we can not allow you in the pool without a completed medical, and once completed you may need to see your GP first before you can complete the experience
Sizing guide
As we are all different shapes and sizes we will send you over a link to our sizing guide as this will be a huge help in helping us to make sure that we have all of the right size gear for you at the pool to give you the best overall experience
PADI eLearning
Once all of the above is done we will set you up with login details to the PADI system sio that you can access your PADI eLearning which covers all of the details of the experience, along with some important information and learning about what Scuba Diving is all about
